Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 3,47,050 equity shares of Rs 2/- each on 29 June 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,98,98,624 (237,49,49,312 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,05,92,724 (237,52,96,362 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
