Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 2,59,080 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 17 August 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,25,46,946 (237,62,73,473 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,30,65,106 (237,65,32,553 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
