Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 1,02,800 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 15 November 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 478,16,60,676 (239,08,30,338 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,18,66,276 (239,09,33,138 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
