On 07 December 2017; Fixes issue price of Rs 25.55 per share
Bank of Maharashtra announced that the Equity Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 December 2017 passed the following resolutions -Approved the closure of issue period for QIP on 07 December 2017;
Determined and approved issue price of Rs 25.55 per equity share for an aggregate value of Rs 313.55 crore, to be allotted to eligible QIBs;
Approved and adopted the placement document dated 07 December 2017 in connection with the QIP issue.
