Bannari Amman Spinning Mills has fixed 15 February 2021 as record date to ascertain the name of the shareholders entitled for sub-division of 1 (one) Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/ (ten) each fully paid up into Equity Shares of Rs.5/- (five) each fully paid up, resulting in issuance of 2 (two) Equity Shares of Rs.5/- (five) each fully paid up, thereby keeping the paid up capital intact.
