Bata India standalone net profit rises 27.31% in the March 2017 quarter
Sales rise 8.72% to Rs 591.43 crore
Net profit of Bata India rose 27.31% to Rs 35.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 28.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 8.72% to Rs 591.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 543.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.For the full year,net profit declined 27.05% to Rs 158.75 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 217.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.14% to Rs 2467.16 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 2415.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
