Bharat Seats net profit declines 17.67% in the March 2013 quarter

Sales rise 13.55% to Rs 156.82 crore

Net profit of Bharat Seats declined 17.67% to Rs 2.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 3.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 13.55% to Rs 156.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 138.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 5.81% to Rs 5.35 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 5.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 39.40% to Rs 601.63 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 431.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
