Bharatiya Global Infomedia gets extension to hold AGM

Bharatiya Global Infomedia announced that in terms of the approval under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has obtained an extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for adoption of accounts and other related work for financial year ended on 31 March 2016 to be approved in AGM.
