Bharti Airtel net profit declines 31.12% in the March 2013 quarter

Net profit of Bharti Airtel declined 31.12% to Rs 1084.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 1574.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 7.35% to Rs 11548.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 10757.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 11.06% to Rs 5096.30 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 5730.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 9.01% to Rs 45350.90 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 41603.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
