Bharti Infratel Ltd gained 3.75% today to trade at Rs 207.35. The S&P BSE Telecom index is up 0.92% to quote at 1216.98. The index is down 4.39 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, ITI Ltd increased 2.64% and Tata Communications Ltd added 1.16% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecom index went up 32.17 % over last one year compared to the 4.96% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
