Biocon consolidated net profit rises 63.88% in the March 2019 quarter
Sales rise 30.72% to Rs 1528.80 crore
Net profit of Biocon rose 63.88% to Rs 213.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2019 as against Rs 130.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2018. Sales rose 30.72% to Rs 1528.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2019 as against Rs 1169.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2018.For the full year,net profit rose 143.10% to Rs 905.30 crore in the year ended March 2019 as against Rs 372.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2018. Sales rose 33.73% to Rs 5514.40 crore in the year ended March 2019 as against Rs 4123.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2018.
