Sales decline 0.41% to Rs 74.76 crore

Net profit of Birla Ericsson Optical rose 17.22% to Rs 4.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 4.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 0.41% to Rs 74.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 75.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 32.16% to Rs 8.48 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 12.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 4.39% to Rs 246.45 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 257.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
