The Board of Ace Men Engg Works at its meeting held on 18 July 2019 has considered the following -- Accept the resignation of Rajesh Sharma from the post of Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 18 July 2019.
- Accept the resignation of Mahesh Sharma from the post of Director of the Company w.e.f. 18 July 2019.
- Appointment of Shrena Kalpesh Shah as additional Independent Non-Executive Director w.e.f. 18 July 2019 for a term of 5 years, subject to regularization by the shareholders of the Company in the upcoming AGM.
