Board of Agrimony Commodities approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 26 March 2015

Agrimony Commodities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, inter alia, has discussed the following:

1. Appointed Nalini Shetty as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from the closure of the business hours on 26 March 2015, liable to retire by rotation, to hold office upto the date of next annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. Resignation of Mani Ananthanaravan from the post of Independent Director of the Company with effect from the closure of the business hours on 26 March 2015.
