The Board of Ajmera Realty & Infra India at its meeting held on 13 January 2020 has approved the scheme of arrangement between Ajmera Realty & Infra India (demerged company) and Radha Raman Dev Ventures (resulting company). The resulting company is the subsidiary of the demerged company.
