The Board of Anant Raj at its meeting held on 25 January 2021 has approved the resignation of Sushmaa Chhabra (DIN: 01727941) as Independent Director of the company with effect from 25 January 2021. The Board also approved appointment of Kulpreet Sond (DIN: 08952751) as an Independent Director for a period of 5 years with effect from 25 January 2021.
