Board of Asian Paints approves scheme of amalgamation
At meeting held on 22 January 2020
The Board of Asian Paints at its meeting held on 22 January 2020 has approved the Scheme of amalgamation of Reno Chemicals Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics (transferor company), wholly owned subsidiary of the company with Asian Paints (transferee company).The aforesaid amalgamation is subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, including approval of the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.
