Bal Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

- Appointed Sanjay Kumar Agarwal as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company. He is also designated as Deputy General Manager - Finance & CFO of the Company.
