The Board of Balgopal Commercial at its meeting held on 16 July 2019 approved the following change in directorate -- Accept the resignation of Manisha Agarwal from the post of Director of the Company w.e.f. 16 July 2019.
- Accept the resignation of Vikash Gupta from the post of Director of the Company w.e.f. 16 July 2019
- Appointment of Shrena Kalpesh Shah as additional Independent Non executive Director w-e-f 16 July 2019 for a term of 5 years, subject to regularization by the shareholders of the Company in the upcoming AGM.
- Appointment of Shailesh Becharbhai Patel as additional Independent Non executive Director w-e-f 16 July 2019 for a term of 5 years, subject to regularization by the shareholders of the Company in the upcoming AGM.
