Board of Bayer CropScience approves change in registered office

At meeting held on 11 November 2014

Bayer CropScience announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 November 2014, has approved the change in Registered Office of the Company from "Olympia, First Floor, Central Avenue, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai - 400 076" to "Bayer House, Central Avenue, Hiranandani Estate, Thane (West) - 400 607" subject to the approval of the shareholders through Postal Ballot.
