Board of Capital Trust consents to apply for license of Small Finance Bank

At meeting held on 27 January 2015

Capital Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 January 2015 accorded its consent to apply for license of Small Finance Bank in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India Guidelines dated 27 November 2014.

The Company has applied for the same.
