Board of Clariant Chemicals (India) approves change in financial year
At meeting held on 04 August 2015
Clariant Chemicals (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 August 2015, inter alia, has approved the change in Financial Year of the Company from the period ending 31st December to 31st March. Accordingly, the current accounting / financial year will be extended by a period of 3 months consequent to which the current accounting year shall be for a period of 15 months commencing from 01 January 2015 to 31 March 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
