Corporate Courier & Cargo announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 December 2014 has accorded approval to following business -

Approved following proposal for arrangement by way of scheme of arrangement with four Harish Group companies entailing -

Demerger of textile machinery manufacturing undertaking of Harish Textile Engineering into the Corporate Courier & Cargo.

Merger of Pacific Non-Woven, Heattrans Manufacturing Co. and Nature Cure Centre with Corporate Courier & Cargo.
