Board of DCM accepts resignation of director

At meeting held on 14 February 2015

DCM announced that Prof. Joginder Singh Sodhi, has resigned from fee directorship of the Company and accordingly he ceased to be director of the Company w.e.f. 13 February 2015.

The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 14 February 2015 took note of the above.
