Board of Kingfisher Airlines accepts resignation of CEO

At meeting held on 12 February 2015

Kingfisher Airlines announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, has considered the resignation letter dated 14 February 2014 submitted by Sanjay Aggarwal, Chief Executive Officer and has accepted the same with effect from 14 February 2014.
