Dhanuka Agritech announced that the Directors of the Company had approved the change of situation of the Registered Office of the Company within the local limits of the Delhi city by passing Resolution by circulation on 23 October 2015.

Accordingly, the situation of Registered Office of the Company has changed from "Dhanuka House", 861-862, Joshi Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110 005 to 82, Abhinash Mansion, 1st Floor, Joshi Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110 005 w.e.f. 23 October 2015.
