Board of Gokak Textiles approves change in financial year

At meeting held on 23 November 2015

Gokak Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 November 2015, have resolved to change the next financial year covering a period of 6 months from 01 October 2015 to 31 March 2016 to align the financial year, as per the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 to be ended on the 31st March, every year. As is known, the current financial year of the Company was from 01 October 2014 to 30 September 2015.
