Board of Gopala Polyplast allots 1.50 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

At meeting held on 05 October 2018

The Board of Gopala Polyplast at its meeting held on 05 October 2018 has allotted 1,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each @ premium of Rs. 50/- per Equity Share to Non-Promoters of the Company on Preferential basis upon conversion of 1,50,000 Warrants of Rs. 10/- each.
