The Board of GTL Infrastructure at its meeting held on 20 January 2021 has apppointed Milind Kamalakar Naik (DIN: 00276884) as an Additional Director and as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 20 January 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
