Board of Gujarat Natural Resources allots 1.15 cr shares on conversion of warrants

At meeting held on 21 December 2019

The Board of Gujarat Natural Resources at its meeting held on 21 December 2019 has allotted of 1,15,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on conversion of warrants. Subsequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 38,75,16,450/- to Rs. 56,25,16,450/- divided into 5,62,51,645 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
