Board of Gyscoal Alloys appoints director

Gyscoal Alloys announced that Bharti Ashwin Dhanak has been appointed as Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f 15 October 2014 by the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 15 October 2014.
