The Board of Hatsun Agro Product at its meeting held on 09 March 2022 as approved the sale of ready to eat (RTE) business to Naga for a consideration of Rs 25 crore. The Board took note that the RTE business contributed less than 0.5% of the total sales of the company and with lesser volumes, the business is also not profitable.
