Board of Himatsingka Seide approves acquisition two SPVs of Atria Wind Power

At meeting held on 19 September 2019

The Board of Himatsingka Seide at its meeting held on 19 September 2019 has approved total investment of Rs.17.34 crores in Atria Wind Power (Basavana Bagewadi) and Atria Wind Power (Chitradurga), Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV's) of Atria Wind Power, Bengaluru.

The Company proposes to procure energy to fulfill part of the power requirements of the plants on a sustainable basis and contribute to reduction in Carbon footprint. The said proposal would qualify under Group Captive Power Scheme.
