Hindustan Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

Beena Mahambrey has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. Beena Mahambrey has also been designated as Compliance Officer of the Company.
