Board of Hindustan Zinc approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 18 September 2015

Hindustan Zinc announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 September 2015, has approved the following :-

1. Appointment of Sunil Duggal as CEO & Whole-time Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 October 2015, for a period of 3 years.

2. Extension in the tenure of Akhilesh Joshi as Whole-time Director of the Company for a further period of one year w.e.f. 01 October 2015.

3. Resignation of R. Kannan as Director from the Board, due to his pre-occupation.
