The Board of Huhtamaki PPL at its meeting held on 08 August 2019 has appointed Ranjeev Lodha, Chief Financial Officer (DIN 07478890) as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 8 August, 2019 and is being re-designated as Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
