The Board of Indostar Capital Finance at its meeting held on 04 February 2021 has accepted the resignation of Sridhar Rengan (Director Identification Number - 03139082) from directorship as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from 4 February 2021, due to personal and professional reasons.

The Board has approved the appointment of Munish Dayal (Director Identification Number - 01683836) as Non-Executive Non Independent Director of the Company with effect from 4 February 2021.
