Board of Infibeam Incorporation approves raising funds up to Rs 2000 crore

At meeting held on 30 May 2018

The Board of Infibeam Incorporation has approved raising of funds not exceeding Rs 2000 crore by way of issuance of securities through QIP/FCCB/FCEB/ADR/GDR etc., subject to approval of members of the Company and other necessary permissions, sanctions etc., as may be necessary.
