The Board of Jindal Stainless (Hisar) at its meeting held on 26 April 2018 has constituted a committee for exploring the possibilities of expansion of the precision strips facility of the company, subject to requisite approval of the lenders. The Board approved the appointment of Abhyuday Jindal as Managing Director with effect from 26 April 2018. The Board also approved appointment of Jagmohan Sood as Whole Time Director effect from 15 May 2018 and accepted the resignation of Ashok Kumar Gupta with effect from 15 May 2018.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
