Board of KLRF allots 5.20 lakh equity shares on preferential basis

At meeting held on 31 March 2018

The Board of KLRF at its meeting held on 31 March 2018 has approved allotment of 5,20,832 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 96 per share for an aggregate amount of Rs 499.99 crore through preferential issue to persons belonging to promoter group of the company.
