Board of Kovai Medical Center & Hospital recommends final dividend

Kovai Medical Center & Hospital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended the payment of final dividend @ 15% on the equity share capital of the Company (Rs 1.50 per share) subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
