At meeting held on 13 August 2014
Kriti Industries (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2014, has approved the following:1. Vinod Kumar Mittal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 September 2014.
2. Satish Patel has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 06 October 2014.
