Lincoln Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 10 November 2016, had considered and approved the following:- The proposal of Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange pursuant to SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time.
