Board of Mahashree Trading recommends dividend

Mahashree Trading announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 July 2016, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 0.45 per equity Share (i.e. 4.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
