Board of Mahindra Lifespace Developers allots 7,550 equity shares under ESOS

The Board of Mahindra Lifespace Developers at its meeting held on 12 May 2021 has allotted 7,550 new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Eligible Employees pursuant to the exercise of Options granted under Employee Stock Options Scheme 2012 (ESOS - 2012), at an exercise price of Rs.10/- per share. Pursuantto this allotment, the issued equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 51,43,43,010 to Rs. 51,44,18,510 and subscribed & paid up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 51,38,32,380 to Rs. 51,39,07,880.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
