Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following business :1. The resignation of Kishore Kathri from the post of Company Secretary was accepted.
2. The board has approved the appointment of Ereena Vikram as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
