Board of Mirc Electronics approves change in CFO

At meeting held on 07 November 2014

Mirc Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2014, inter alia, has appointed Muthu Elango, as the 'Chief Financial Officer' of the Company with immediate effect in place of Predeep Kumar Gupta.
