Board of Olectra Greentech approves change in directorate

The Board of Olectra Greentech at its meeting held on 09 January 2021 has appointed Dr. P V Ramesh (Dr. Penumaka Venkata Ramesh) (DIN: 02836069) as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 9 January 2021. The Board has also accepted the resignation of B. Sharat Chandra, for the position of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (who is holding the position of CEO & CFO of the Company) w.e.f. 9 January 2021. He will continue to retain his position as CFO of the company. The Board also appointed Chintalapudi Lakshmi Kumari (DIN: 09023799) as Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) years w.e.f. 9 January 2021.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
