Board of Prism Cement seeks shareholders approval for change in company name

At meeting held on 08 January 2018

The Board of Prism Cement at its meeting held on 08 January 2018 has decided to seek consent of shareholders of the company for change in the name of the Company from 'Prism Cement' to 'Prism Johnson' and consequential changes in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
