Board of Sagar Productions approves change in registered office

At meeting held on 24 November 2017

The Board of Sagar Productions at its meeting held on 24 November 2017 has decided to shift its registered office to B-403, Crystal Plaza, 9th Floor, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai - 400 053. The Board also approved the appointment of Subhash Choubisa with effect from 24 November 2017 as an Additional Directors of the Company.
